Abstract Requirements

Call for Abstract

All participants are cordially invited to present their research in the 29th World Congress of Echinococcosis. The Organizing and Scientific Committees invite the submission of original abstracts for ORAL or POSTER presentation. Abstracts must be submitted online. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. Presenters (oral or poster) must register in the Congress after receiving the acceptance letter of their abstracts. Only accepted abstracts and registered / paid presenters will be included in the final scientific program

Instructions for submitting abstracts and posters

The abstract must be submitted in English and sent to echinocongress-kg-2023@kgma.kg. Submitting authors can choose their presentation preference: Oral or Poster Maximum length for abstract is 300 words (title, authors, affiliations and key words are not counted) Abstract should be written with the following format: Times New Roman, font 12 point. Author’s names – Upper and lower case, surnames and please underline the presenting author. Authors ‘affiliations: Name of Institution, Department, City, Country Authors ‘emails

The title should accurately, clearly, and concisely written.

Include three key words to identify the main area of your abstract.

The abstract should be structured according to the following components:

  • Introduction: what was the question? Objective
  • Material and Method: how did you try to answer it?
  • Results: what did you find?
  • Discussion / Conclusion

Notification of the acceptance of the abstract will be mailed to the authors. The presenting author must register to the Congress before the final dates of registration. If not, the abstract will not be considered in the final program even if it was accepted.
